Privacy policy

Last updated: [date]

This policy explains what personal data LBX Digital collects, why, and what rights you have.

Who we are

The data controller is [legal name], [address], trading as LBX Digital. Email: hello@lbxdigital.com.

What we collect

  • Demo requests. When you send the demo form, your email app sends us the details you entered: business name, website, trade, area, email address, phone number and message.
  • Businesses we contact. To prepare demos, we use publicly available business information: the business name, address, website, public contact details and reviews, taken from public company registers, the business's own website and its Google Business Profile.
  • Clients. Contact, billing and contract details needed to provide our services.
  • Technical logs. Our hosting provider, [hosting provider], keeps short-term server logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security and to keep the site running.

This website uses no analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

  • To reply to your request and prepare your demo: your consent and steps you asked us to take before a contract.
  • To contact businesses that may benefit from a new website: our legitimate interest in offering our services to businesses. You can object at any time and we will stop.
  • To deliver our services and send invoices: performance of a contract and our legal obligations.
  • To keep the website secure: our legitimate interest.

How long we keep it

Demo requests and outreach records are deleted after 12 months if no contract follows, or sooner if you ask. Demo websites are taken offline after 30 days. Client and invoice records are kept as long as the law requires.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as hosting and email providers, under contracts that protect it. [list providers and any transfers outside the UK/EEA]

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or stop using it, and to receive a copy. To object to being contacted, reply "stop" to any email or write to hello@lbxdigital.com. We reply within one month.

If you are in the UK, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). If you are in the EU or EEA, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
